She noted that longer justifications and supporting data can be attached but that the summary table helps assessors zero in on what has changed.
The Agency official added that a clear justification—ideally with data and a discussion of process or quality risk—helps reviewers evaluate the impact of the amendment and reduces unnecessary follow-up requests.
