Councilor McCrae Thatcher moved to approve the finances and Robert Thatcher seconded; the motion carried on a voice vote. Councilors noted that CDBG and ambulance deposits remained pending and that follow-up was needed on the returned funds. The body did not authorize new budget lines at the meeting; staff and the mayor will follow up on unresolved deposits and any required corrections to the impact-fee report.
