Wink-Loving ISD approves amendment and jobs-waiver for ETC Texas Pipeline project

Legal counsel recommended approval and the packet included the Comptroller’s amended certification for the project. Trustee Raymond Dodd moved approval and Trustee Jerome Dewberry seconded.
Administration noted the amendment does not materially change the company's duties under the agreement and that an executed copy should be returned for submission to the Texas Comptroller. The minutes reference Chapter 313 materials in the information section of the packet and memorialize the board's unanimous consent to the amendment.
