Trustee Raymond Dodd made the motion to accept the GMP and Trustee Carrie Purcell seconded.
The packet states Tienert was selected as the construction manager-at-risk for 2025 bond projects and that the GMP includes contractor fees for construction-period services and general conditions; the preconstruction fee is billed separately. The district indicated the construction budget is funded from dedicated 2025 bond funds and that WRA and Tienert reviewed subcontract bids and scope allocations.
