"Jim Lamb moved to approve the items listed on the consent agenda as presented," Trustee Jim Lamb said; Dr. Ben Curtis seconded the motion and "all present were in favor. Motion carried," the minutes state. The consent agenda also included approval of a Kaufman County 4‑H adjunct faculty agreement.
Board documents on file list the next regular board meeting for Jan. 12, 2026, and routine administrative items including payment of bills and periodic reports from district directors. No dissent or roll‑call breakdown was recorded beyond the minutes' note that all present voted in favor.
