The Whitehouse Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the district’s monthly financial reports and a package of consent items at its Sept. 8, 2025 meeting, voting 5–0 with two members absent. Trustee Holly Conaway moved to accept the financial reports “as presented” and to approve the remaining consent items; Trustee Joe Conflitti seconded and the motion passed. The recorded roll shows five yeas and two absences (Nick Moss and Keidric Trimble).
The consent package included: approval of prior meeting minutes; the monthly financial reports; the district tax report; acceptance of donations; annual review of the investment policy and the resolution to appoint investment officers and approve training vendors; a resolution regarding extracurricular status for the 4‑H organization; designation of nonbusiness days and a calendar for processing public information requests; and Policy Update 125 affecting several local policies (BDAA, BDB, BDF, EI, FDE, FEC). The board’s approval was recorded in the meeting minutes and the motion was entered as passed in the public record.
Attendance on the vote was recorded as: Holly Conaway (Yea), Joe Conflitti (Yea), Al Flanagan (Yea), Todd Raabe (Yea), Maegan Schneider (Yea); Nick Moss and Keidric Trimble were noted absent.
