The Whitehouse Independent School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved the superintendent's evaluation, adopted a slate of superintendent/board goals, and extended the superintendent's contract through the 2028–2029 contract year during its Jan. 12, 2026 regular meeting.
The board voted 7–0 to approve the superintendent evaluation (motion by Holly Conaway, seconded by Joe Conflitti) and then voted 7–0 to adopt the superintendent/board goals (motion by Joe Conflitti, seconded by Keidric Trimble). In a separate, unanimous vote (motion by Al Flanagan, seconded by Nick Moss), trustees approved an extension of the superintendent's contract through the 2028–2029 contract year and authorized the board president and/or vice president to execute the contract on the district's behalf.
Board President Todd Raabe and other trustees directed the superintendent or the superintendent's designee to prepare and submit the necessary contract paperwork once the extension was approved. The motions were recorded in the board minutes with yea votes from Holly Conaway, Joe Conflitti, Al Flanagan, Nick Moss, Todd Raabe, Maegan Schneider, and Keidric Trimble — Yea: 7, Nay: 0.
The actions finalize the evaluation and goal-setting process for the district's chief executive and lock in the extended contract term; the board's authorization allows the president or vice president to sign the extension without another board vote.
