Trustee Czajka moved and Trustee Bianco seconded to approve the Dec. 15, 2025 meeting minutes. Later in the meeting Trustee Sarro moved and Trustee Tricoci seconded to approve the bills totaling $235,107.73; the roll call recorded AYES: Trustees Bianco, Canas, Czajka, Santucci, Sarro and Tricoci and NAYS: None. The motions carried without objection. The meeting record lists the Roll Call Vote verbatim: "AYES: Trustees Bianco, Canas, Czajka, Santucci, Sarro, Tricoci NAYS: None ABSENT: None."
No public comment was offered during the meeting. The board then moved on to scheduled presentations and new business, including a liquor‑license application that the board referred to the Planning Commission for public hearings.
