Taft ISD board adopts district and campus improvement plans

The board later approved the district improvement plan and campus improvement plans for Woodroe Petty Elementary, Ricardo L. Treviño Junior High, and Taft High School on a motion by Miranda Benedict.
Board approval of the plans was recorded as passed with five yeas and two absences. The plans were presented and discussed as part of agenda items addressing academic progress and campus goals; trustees did not request additional study before approval.
