Superintendent outlines January meetings, concerts, and construction progress

Superintendent Nick Kaiser reminded the board it will meet Jan. 7 (work session) and Jan. 14 (regular meeting), noted recent music concerts and the holiday luncheon, and reported Phase 1 construction is nearing completion while Phase 2 bidding is almost finished for summer 2026 work.
Superintendent Nick Kaiser updated the Board on several operational items. He reminded members there will be a Work Session on Jan. 7 and a Regular Board meeting on Jan. 14, both to be held in the Middle/High School Library. Kaiser also noted that middle/high and elementary music concerts were held in December and that the district received an annual holiday luncheon on Dec. 17.
Kaiser thanked custodial staff for their work on winter activities and events, reported that Phase 1 construction work is close to wrapping up after some setbacks, and said Phase 2 bidding for summer 2026 projects is nearly complete with hopes to have bids in by early January.
