District posts recommended sex-education materials for 30-day review; final adoption set for May 5

Dr. Noelle Converse presented the committee recommendation for sex-education instructional materials and noted the review is being conducted in compliance with Senate Bill 55 and Board policy. She told the board that "the recommended materials are available for the next 30 days on Granite’s website and in person at the district office."
Parents and guardians are invited to provide feedback and ask questions during the 30-day review period. Administration said a final recommendation for adoption will be made at the Board of Education meeting on May 5, 2026.
