Parent urges Winters ISD to allow PreK–1 students at high school pep rallies

"Coyanitu Olvera presented before the Board her feelings about the exclusion of PreK - First Grade students from attending the High School pep rallys," the minutes state. Olvera offered suggestions for how younger students could safely attend future pep rallies.
