As part of capital items on Jan. 22, the Winona ISD Board of Trustees approved hiring A+ Asphalt to perform parking lot sealing and striping and authorized purchase of new camera servers from Saber.
Aaron Wilson moved to approve the parking lot contract and Diane Newman seconded; Dexter Jones moved to approve the camera servers purchase and Luiz Hernandez seconded. The minutes record unanimous votes for both motions. The minutes identify the vendors but do not attach bids, contract amounts for the parking lot work or a detailed cost breakdown for the server purchase.
Procurement files and the district's business office records would contain contract amounts, procurement method and installation schedules; those details were not included in the public minutes.
