WISD approves Terracon geotech contract and bond-funded technology purchases

Both items were presented as part of the bond implementation and procurement process and passed by vote of the board.
CFO Michael Doyle presented the technology purchases as aligned with Proposition B and the board approved the proposals by motion; the Terracon agreement was similarly approved to allow required geotechnical work to proceed. Both approvals included delegation and follow-up steps to finalize contracts and execute purchase orders.
