Jarred Robinson, speaking for the Wimberley Youth Sports Association (WYSA), and Christopher Robins, representing the Wimberley Fire Department, presented finalized plans for water and sewer service through Aqua Texas and requested board concurrence to pursue a proposed easement on district-owned property. The easement would provide utility access to the WYSA sports complex and to the fire department and is proposed to be located near an existing fence line.
Board members were asked to indicate support so the project team could move forward with design and service negotiations. The presentation emphasized coordination between WYSA, the fire department and Aqua Texas and requested the board's agreement to facilitate the easement process; no formal easement agreement was approved at the meeting, only board support to proceed with next steps.
