The Finance Committee authorized Landmark Property Maintenance to manage the city-owned property at 12313 S 71st Court on Jan. 13. City Administrator Adam Jasinski said the City plans to lease the house, has contacted seven property management companies and received two responses; final lease terms and tenant approvals will be negotiated and must be approved by the City.
Alderman Key moved to approve Landmark Property Maintenance as the property manager, Alderman Scully seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The committee directed staff to negotiate terms and return with lease details for final approval.
