Palos Heights committee approves $184,962.59 second payment to library amid delayed state distribution

City staff explained that because the state distribution had not arrived, it would be the City's responsibility to distribute funds to sub-agencies. The committee directed Finance staff to issue the payment; staff will process the disbursement and report back if the state distribution arrives and adjustments are necessary.
