The Veribest Independent School District Board of Trustees convened on Oct. 13, 2025, at 6:31 p.m. and approved the minutes from the Sept. 15 meeting and the district's bills as presented. Both consent-agenda motions passed by recorded votes of 5–0, with trustees Mark Schwartz, Mark Kellermeier, Dan Reed, Tony Rojo and Brady Bates voting yes.
Trustees also voted to approve contractor quotes to paint both gymnasiums and the field house. The motion to approve the painting quotes was made by Board President Mark Kellermeier and seconded by Mark Schwartz; the motion passed 5–0. A separate agenda item to consider quotes on a transportation van for Fairview/Small Schools students was discussed and tabled to the November board meeting; no purchase authorization was granted.
The meeting packet included detailed financial attachments (check register and fund reports). The minutes record approval of the bills but do not record additional budgetary votes or amendments.
