Planning staff asked the applicant to consider resiliency measures. “Mr. Bletcher suggested that the applicant consider installing a generator to support the businesses and apartments in case there is no power; applicant will comply,” the minutes state. The architect and engineer agreed to provide additional detail on materials, ADA access and exterior signage in subsequent submissions.
