The update lists numerous local policy revisions, including BE(LOCAL) on public participation; CJ(LOCAL) and CJA(LOCAL) on contracted services and background checks; CQB(LOCAL) and CQD(LOCAL) addressing technology resources, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence; personnel and student-welfare policies such as DFBB(LOCAL) (nonrenewal), DGBA(LOCAL) (employee complaints), FFF(LOCAL) and FFG(LOCAL) (student safety and child abuse/neglect), and EHBAF(LOCAL) related to special-education video/audio monitoring. Trustee Jim Blackford moved to approve the package; Trustee Steven Owens seconded the motion, and the measure passed 7–0.
Board minutes record the action as approved without amendment. The approval brings an updated set of local policies into district governance; the district did not record additional debate or requests for amendment in the meeting minutes.
