Treasurer Pam distributed invoices and receipts for council review; Porter Monroe moved to approve the invoices and receipts and McCrae Thatcher seconded, with the council again voting unanimously to approve.
The approvals were handled early on the agenda as part of routine business, allowing the council to move to budget and operational items later in the meeting.
