Heir says Vandever Road property will meet standards; board to re-evaluate on July 29

Tom Isham moved to re-evaluate the Vandever Road property at the board's next meeting; Richard Bringenberg seconded and the motion carried without opposition. The board did not set additional conditions or enforcement steps beyond the recheck.
