Board directs Codes to confirm service and consider process server for Sligo Street case

Tom Isham moved that Codes reach out to the resident to check whether they had received the notice of violation and, if not, to hire a process server to attempt service on the current heir. Richard Bringenberg seconded the motion; it carried with no opposition. Burnett emphasized that the board needs proof someone received the violation before taking further formal action.
