Public commenter Jennifer (speaker 10) urged stronger data collection and clarity on what is and is not a noise-abatement procedure: "the biggest critique of flight quiet programs around the country is that they are very heavy on PR to create the appearance of doing something," she said, and called for reporting that can substantively measure whether the program reduces noise exposure.
Staff will incorporate that feedback into the Roundtable package, including proposed exceedance thresholds, monitor locations, reporting cadence (quarterly reports, with an annual award) and recommended public-engagement steps.
