Rosemont adopts 'interested parties' registry ahead of proposed TIF amendments

Trustee Dorgan moved the ordinance and Trustee DiMatteo seconded; all trustees voted aye.
The ordinance is procedural and is intended to identify and notify individuals and entities with a stake in the proposed TIF amendments ahead of the Joint Review Board meetings and public hearings that the board called separately. The registry does not itself change tax allocation or project boundaries; it is a notification and transparency mechanism tied to the ordinances described elsewhere on the agenda.
