Trustee Dorgan moved to approve the bills and Trustee Minale seconded; the motion carried with Trustees Price, Minale, Dorgan, Fazio, Pappas and DiMatteo voting aye.
The board’s finance list included significant allocations to venue and capital funds: Convention Center payments of $1,499,107.95 and Allstate Arena payments of $1,923,937.99 were listed among the charged amounts. The motion to approve the minutes and agenda was also moved by Trustee Dorgan, seconded by Trustee Fazio, and carried unanimously.
