The record notes trustees Liz Gutierrez, Shirley Jordan, Priscilla Vela, Oscar Arredondo and Velma Rodriguez cast affirmative votes; Trustee Albert Villarreal departed the meeting and Trustee Belinda Gonzalez was absent.
