Mr. Javier Longoria moved to approve the agenda and Mr. Daniel Garcia seconded; the motion passed with a 7/0 vote. Later in the meeting, Mr. Longoria again moved to approve the Dec. 9 minutes with Mr. Garcia seconding and the board voted 7–0 in favor. The board adjourned at 6:22 p.m.
