Cyndi Darland, President, made the motion to adopt the tax rate and John Campbell seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The board opened a public meeting on the budget and proposed tax rate at 8:13 p.m.; no individuals spoke and the public meeting closed at 8:14 p.m.
