Yanni McRae sworn in; board enters closed session on director compensation

At the April 20 meeting, Yanni McRae took the Oath of Office and joined the School Board as a member, as recorded in the minutes.
Later in the evening the board moved into closed session. Motion by Megan Chatman, second by Craig Howery to go into closed session at 9:43 p.m. under Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(c) concerning employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee. A roll call vote recorded five ayes (Meghan Fessler, Craig Howery, Megan Chatman, Meredith Hughey and Bruce Fischer) and the board moved to Conference Room A to discuss a Director compensation plan.
