The chair and Bruce said an easement exists at the location and that an initial dig could determine whether the issue is a failed joint or a more extensive collapse. Bruce noted the budget line for the work showed about $1,080 available and suggested the initial investigation or repair might be kept under that amount. The board directed county forces to investigate and report findings at the next meeting.
