Alex Larson of Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) 10 gave the Board an update on referendum-funded facilities work and the related district budget overview.
Larson said Phase 1 work should be complete by Jan. 20 and reported that 18 replacement doors were supplied incorrectly and remain outstanding. Two bids for Phase 2 flooring were received; Larson noted Prostar Surfaces submitted the lowest bid. The update also covered Tiffany Creek Elementary parking-lot renderings and next steps, HVAC controls work, bus garage updates and middle-school locker upgrades. The Board discussed budget implications and a timeline for remaining work.
