Nathan Bishop was sworn in at 7:03 p.m. by Notary Public Vickie Roberts, completing the Secretary of State’s Statement of Officer (Form 2201) and the Oath of Office (Form 2204). Pictures were taken and Bishop took his seat at the board table immediately after the oath.
