Board approves minutes and January financial reports; consent items pass 4-1

The motion carried 4-1-0, with Gutierrez recorded as voting Nay and four trustees recorded as Aye.
The consent approval completes routine administrative recordkeeping and financial reporting for the district. The minutes and financial reports become part of the district's official records following the board's vote.
