The committee discussed pool security and the possibility of a security system; Village Administrator Matt Trout raised the topic and staff noted increased lifeguard applications.
On streets, Public Works Director John Tolan reported drainage problem areas at Glenrock Lane and said stop signs were installed on High Street. Trustee Matchett reminded trustees the FY26 budget packets were distributed and asked trustees to review and comment prior to the next meetings. No formal votes were recorded on capital budget items at the meeting.
