Trustees approve improvement plans for Murphy Development

The Freeburg Village Board voted to approve the Recommendation for Approval of Improvement Plans for the Murphy Development at its meeting on Feb. 18, 2025. Trustee James (Mike) Blaies moved to accept the recommendation and Trustee Ramon Matchett Jr. seconded; roll call recorded six ayes and the motion carried.
Village Engineer Tim Pruett had distributed an engineer’s report in the trustees’ packets ahead of the vote, and no trustees asked follow-up questions during the meeting. The board did not attach conditions on the approval during the session and did not record any amendments to the improvement plans on the record.
