RFISD board accepts 2024–25 annual audit; auditor reports no findings

The Randolph Field Independent School District Board of Trustees voted Dec. 18 to accept the annual audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025 after auditors reported no findings.
Sarah Henderson of Armstrong, Vaughn, Associates PC presented the audit and told trustees there were "no issues and no findings discovered in the audit." Trustee Vanessa Bowden moved to accept the audit; the motion passed with a 4-0 vote. The board also considered and accepted the audit governance letter after Henderson's presentation.
Board members asked no follow-up questions during the audit presentation as recorded in the minutes. The acceptance authorizes staff to publish the audit results and file any required reports.
