The Randolph Field ISD Board approved a modification to the Pre-K/Kindergarten schedule for the 2025–26 school year after a presentation by Superintendent Brian Holt.
Holt explained that kindergarten enrollment was low and the district has more than 60 qualified students waiting for Pre-K. The board approved a motion by Vice-President Peter Duffy, seconded by Secretary Vanessa Bowden, to collapse one kindergarten class and repurpose that teacher to form an additional Pre-K class. President Jimmy Cornelius put the proposal to a vote and the motion carried 5–0.
