Teresa May moved to approve the minutes with the stated correction: "I move to approve the minutes from the November 19, 2025, regular meeting with corrections to change Teresa May's abstain (with conflict) to just abstain in 5A." Other consent items including financial statements and donations were moved, seconded and passed unanimously as recorded in the meeting minutes.
