Mayor Jacob Palmasol presented the line‑item totals, saying, “This includes claims of a $114,327.41,” and noting payroll of $311,731.85 and grant claims totaling $62,729.05. Clerk called the roll; members Levi Jones, Kelly Lehman and the mayor recorded yes votes.
The approval clears payroll and several departmental claims, including $7,500 for a downtown plan and $1,500 listed as a wellness expense. Board members did not request amendments or hold items for separate review.
