Mayor Lexi Mayfield called the Dec. 20 special council meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. The clerk read attendance: Councilmembers David Bennett, Richard Desist, Thomas Exline and Micheal Stire were present; Recorder Shannon Lopez and Councilmember Judy Cleavenger were absent. The council approved the agenda on a motion from Councilmember Micheal Stire, seconded by Councilmember Richard Desist.
The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn by Councilmember Micheal Stire, seconded by Councilmember Richard Desist; the meeting adjourned at 4:45 P.M.
