The Reagan County Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda at its Nov. 10 regular meeting, accepting previous minutes (Oct. 20 and Oct. 30, 2025) and the business manager's report on bills paid, cash balances, revenue and monthly tax collections. "Motion was made by JJ Weatherby and seconded by Billy Hodge to accept the consent agenda," the minutes state; the motion carried unanimously with one member absent.
Superintendent Eric Hallmark delivered the district operations report, noting key logistics and figures: Germ Blast will disinfect district facilities on Nov. 15, a bid of $48,000 was received to repair and repaint the high school auditorium ceiling, the district is planning to resurface the high school's old tennis courts on a roughly three-year cycle, average daily attendance for the second six weeks was 94.83 percent, and total enrollment was reported at 841. The board confirmed its next regular meeting is tentatively scheduled for Dec. 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
