Flambeau board accepts treasurer's report, approves accounts and expenditures

At the Feb. 18 meeting the Flambeau School District Board accepted the Treasurer’s Report as presented by Bookkeeper Lori Applebee and approved routine financial items.
Motions carried 6-0 to accept the Treasurer's Report, to approve the monthly student activity accounts (motion by Jennifer Heath, seconded by Linda Zimmer) and to approve the monthly expenditures and receipts (motion by Jennifer Heath, seconded by Zenny Mahun). President Ted Alberson asked whether a staff member’s use of a credit card is separately itemized; Applebee said invoices list the items purchased and the payment method, which addresses how such charges appear in the records.
The minutes do not include line-item balances in the text; the treasurer’s report was accepted "as presented" and is part of the official packet referenced by the board.
