Grant DuBois moved to approve the consent items, which included minutes from the Nov. 17 regular session; November 2025 financial highlights and financial report; December 2025 budget amendments; the November purchasing cooperative report; donations; personnel resignations and employment; an employee request to provide nonschool services; and approval of instructional library materials per policy EFB. Dr. Bart Miller seconded. The motion passed 6-0 with Stan Britton absent.
The minutes list these items collectively as the consent agenda and do not break out individual dollar amounts or personnel names beyond a general category of resignations and employment. Board action was recorded as approval without additional discussion in the public minutes.
