The motion was made by Sondee Moreno and seconded by Sabrina Montoya and was recorded as a 6–0 vote.
The minutes state this delegation explicitly included approval of the Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit (sometimes called "netting" Chapter 48 funding). The board's action places the legal authority for those specific obligations with the superintendent for the current school year while the board remains the governing body.
