Rocksprings ISD board approves consent agenda, payments and budget amendments

The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Brian E. Poole and seconded by Paco Ramirez; the minutes record the vote as "6 for 0 against."
The board also approved payment of bills for Oct. 1–31, 2025 (motion by Sabrina Montoya, seconded by Brian E. Poole), and approved budget amendments (motion by Sabrina Montoya, seconded by Sondee Moreno), each recorded as 6–0. Separately, trustees approved Certificates of Deposit and the Adult Meal Calculator Worksheet by unanimous votes. These approvals were taken after the board returned from a closed session at 7:21 P.M.
