Rocksprings ISD trustees approve consent agenda and September payments

The Rocksprings Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda at its Oct. 14, 2025 meeting, accepting the Tax Collection Report, State and Federal Payments report, the budget update and the minutes from its Sept. 9 and Sept. 30, 2025 meetings. The motion to adopt the consent agenda passed on a motion by Sabrina Montoya, seconded by Sondee Moreno, with a recorded vote of 7 for and 0 against.
The board separately voted to approve payment of bills for the period Sept. 1–30, 2025. That motion was made by Katy Shanklin, seconded by Sabrina Montoya, and passed 7–0. The district minutes do not list line-item amounts in the public minutes; the board recorded there was no budget amendment at this meeting.
