The motion—made by Trustee Stormy Rasberry and seconded by Trustee Brent Whitefield—directed staff to add Superintendent Jimmy Bennett and Kamie Guinn as signatories, allow Debbie Terry to remain on the card, and remove the other signatories listed previously.
The minutes record the board's approval in open session but do not provide a redlined signature-card form or list the names to be removed. The district's business office will complete the bank paperwork to implement the change.
