Roby CISD board approves updates to First Financial Bank account signatories

The Roby CISD board reviewed and approved changes to signatories on multiple First Financial Bank accounts during the Sept. 8 meeting. The board removed Kenneth Border from the General Fund (ending 3801), Activity Account (ending 9101), Construction Proceeds (ending 8948), Interest and Sinking (ending 8955) and the Money Market (ending 1793). The Education Foundation account (ending 8765) was changed to remove Kenneth Border and Chris Estes and to add Jimmy Bennett, Kamie Guinn, Kevin Kelly and Dakota Rasberry.
The changes to bank account signatories were approved by voice vote recorded in the minutes as five in favor and zero opposed. The motion to adopt the signatory updates was recorded in the meeting record and is reflected in the board's minutes for Sept. 8, 2025.
