Markham Public Library rolls out February programs and digital-equity raffle for residents

She encouraged community members to complete a survey available in both English and Spanish—online or in person—to help guide future programming and improve outreach to non-English speakers. The announcement positions the library as a touchpoint for both cultural events and technology access initiatives in the city.
